OFFICE ORDER
- The Board of Directors FESCO in its 312th/26th meeting held on 29.07.2025 against Agenda Item No. 10 has been pleased to accord approval of adoption of Ministry of Finance Govt. of Pakistan Islamabad office Memorandum No. 14(2)R-3/2025 dated 4th July, 2025, regarding grant of Disparity Reduction Allowance (DRA) @ 30% of Basic Pay as on 30.06.2022 to the Officers / Officials in BPS-1 to BPS-22 of FESCO who are already drawing DRA on the same terms and conditions provided under Finance Division’s O.M No. F.No. 14(1)R-3/2021-69 dated 23.02.2022 and O.M No. F.No.14(1)R-3/2021 dated 19th July 2022.
- For those employees who have been appointed on or after 01.07.2022, the allowance will be admissible on the basis of the relevant initial Basic Pay Scale of 2017.
