It was decided during the Monthly Progress Review Meeting of the company, held on 12.08.2025, that the Line Superintendent, along with the Metering Supervisor, Lineman, Meter Reader and ALM of each Sub Division, shall be held directly responsible, feeder/gang-wise for each 11 kV feeder, for the following:
- Enhancement of Recovery
- Reduction of Line Losses
- Accurate and Proper Reading of All Connections (with snaps)
- Maintenance of All Lines of the 11 kV Feeder, including distribution transformers
Instructions:
- All Sub-Divisions shall issue the necessary office orders for immediate implementation of the above responsibilities.
- A detailed list of all 11 kV feeders, along with the names of all gang members, shall be submitted to this office within three (03) days, positively.
Compliance:
The Superintending Engineers of Operation Circles, Executive Engineers of Operation Divisions, and Sub-Divisional Officers of Operation Sub-Divisions are hereby directed to ensure strict compliance, in letter and spirit, with these instructions as conveyed during the Progress Review Meeting.
